Our warranty covers our products for 5 years and is simple and transparent. There are a few conditions that are not covered, which are listed below:

Our Guarantee for greater peace of mind

The Misura Serena product has been designed to give you even more security when ordering and offer you a stress-free shopping experience.

Simply add Misura Serena to your order for each curtain: if the measurements don't fit, we'll replace your curtain with a new one. We'll just ask you to send it back to us so we can check it.


How to request a replacement

Contact us at supporto@sandrita.com . You'll need to provide your order number, the details of the curtain(s) you'd like to replace, and the new measurements. Send the curtain(s) you'd like to replace to: Sandrita srl, Via Della Repubblica 1, Tavazzano con Villavesco, 26838 (LO), Italy . Our team will contact you as soon as possible to finalize your replacement order. Easy!


Everything you need to know

There are just a few points to keep in mind:

  • If you wish to use the warranty, simply notify us within 14 days of receiving the awning. As soon as we receive the awnings you wish to exchange, we will verify the issue and begin production of the new awnings.
  • Our warranty only covers measurement errors, so the replacement curtain must be exactly the same as the original. The warranty does not cover replacements with other types of items or fabrics.
  • If the replacement tent is smaller than the original, there will be no refund; if it is larger, you will have to pay the difference. Delivery of the replacement tent is free.
  • The warranty only covers the tent for which it was purchased, so you'll need to make sure the measurements are correct on your second order. We have plenty of guides to help you, and our knowledgeable customer service team is always available to answer any questions.
  • The Misura Serena guarantee is valid only in Italy.
