No, we sell our curtains exclusively online, guaranteeing high quality at an affordable price. We understand that it's important to see a product in person before purchasing, so we offer you the option of ordering up to 10 free samples, so you can explore the materials and colors of our products and choose the one that best suits your home. Our Customer Service team is available to answer all your questions.
How can I place an order?

To purchase online, here are the steps to follow:

- Add the product or products to the cart

How can I pay for my order?
Online payments are made through the Nexi platform. You can choose from the following payment methods:
- Credit card
- Prepaid card
- PayPal
- Bank transfer to Sandrita srl, IBAN: IT50M0306920310100000062043 indicating the order number
If you encounter any difficulties, please contact our Customer Service. Once your payment has been validated, your order will go directly into production.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on the product and delivery address, shipping times vary from 10 to 21 business days. If you experience any delays, please contact our Customer Service.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Since this is a custom-made product, orders cannot be cancelled or changed. Therefore, please carefully check the dimensions and the number of items in your cart before placing an order. Cancellations or changes are only possible within 4 hours of order confirmation, until the order goes into production.
Are shipping costs paid by the customer?
Shipping is free for purchases over €1,500, VAT included.
Is it easy to assemble?
Yes, it's easy. You can find all the instructions in the dedicated section where you can download PDF guides or all the dedicated videos.
How do you clean curtains?
We recommend gently tapping the surface of the curtains with a damp piece of cloth to easily remove dust.
How do I care for my curtains?
We recommend cleaning your curtains frequently to prevent dust from accumulating, especially if you have finer fabrics.
How can I order free samples?
You can order up to 10 free samples, which will be delivered by mail within 2-4 business days. Samples represent the outer fabric only. There is a maximum of 10 orders per customer.
Do you have a quality guarantee on your products?
Yes. Our products are covered by a 5-year warranty after purchase. For more information, please see the warranty page.
I received a size different from the one I specified. Is it possible to exchange it?
If you receive a product different from the one specified when ordering, we will replace it free of charge. However, due to the nature of the product, there is a margin of error of -0.5 cm to +2.5 cm compared to the measurements indicated. Please contact customer service with any questions.
I didn't receive any confirmation email after ordering.
