Can I make a return?

Since the product is custom-made according to your specifications, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. If you receive a product different from the one specified when ordering, we will replace it free of charge. However, due to the nature of the product, there is a margin of error of -0.5 cm to +2.5 cm compared to the measurements indicated. We invite you to contact customer service with any questions.
